I've been passionate about environmental conservation and community building from a very young age. A love for Indian textiles came naturally alongside that, and so did a deep discomfort with the unsustainable system of fashion production: exploitative, extractive, wasteful and polluting. Seeing Indian artisans reduced to labourers at the hands of the global supply chain was something I couldn't look away from. Dhi Earth was born from a space of change — from environmental concern, from a desire to restore dignity back to our artisans, and to bring about change in how we all consume. Dhi is a Sanskrit root word that means thought and reflection, resonating with how we build our supply chain. We regenerate fashion systems by placing nature central to all design decisions and co-designing with artisan communities, the custodians of our living heritage.

Our mission is beyond clothing: bridging the gap between the hands that make and the people who wear. Every garment is an opportunity to lead a climate-conscious conversation, foster connection, and promote a more conscious way of living.
